Why you joined: I decided to join NHC because I wanted to have more patient focused experiences while also being able to serve populations often overlooked by the health care system. During my time in NHC, I hope to broaden my understanding of barriers that are faced by patients within the health care system and how to better serve communities.
Interests & Passions: As an aspiring physician, I believe that it is incredibly important to understand the real effects of health inequity. Working towards closing the gaps in health care is something I feel very passionate about! I love taking long walks and listening to music. Fun fact: I know the flags of all the countries in the world!
